Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests professionally.
  • Take accurate food & beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff.
  • Maintain proper grooming and hygiene.
  • Follow café SOPs and food-safety standards.
  • Promote menu items, combos and add-ons.
  • Assist with opening, closing and other café duties as required.
