1. complete responsibility of hosting guests in the restaurant
2. Complete responsibility of serving guests in the restaurant
3. Managing and guiding zomato and swiggy riders for pick up and drop off
4. Managing parking of cars for the restaurant guests and in-house guests
5. Upkeep of all equipments used during service of restaurant
6. Complete responsibility for the service station in the restaurant

What You’ll Do

• Guest Experience: Warmly welcome guests, seat them, and guide them through our menu with genuine care and deep knowledge of our dishes.
• Table Service: Manage table turnover efficiently—taking orders, serving food and beverages seamlessly, and anticipating guest needs and cleaning after the guests.
• Clearance and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness, high standards of hygiene, and orderly service setups across the dining and outdoor spaces.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and accurate food presentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in restaurant service or hospitality (North/Central Indian dining experience is a plus).
• Warm, clear communication skills and a natural passion for customer service.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a calm, composed attitude during busy service hours.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
