Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and hardworking Bakery Helper to join our team at an ice cream parlour/bakery shop in Goa. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a bakery, ice cream parlour, food outlet, or similar environment.

Candidates from any part of India are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Goa and work on a full-time basis.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the baker and kitchen team with daily preparation activities.
• Support the preparation of bakery and ice cream products as required.
• Assist with mixing, measuring, cutting, decorating, and other basic food preparation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, bakery area, and equipment.
• Arrange and store ingredients properly.
• Assist in packing and displaying bakery and ice cream products.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the team during busy hours and handle assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain proper cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and workstations.
• Perform other bakery/shop-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bakery Helper or in a similar food-service role.
• Experience in a bakery, ice cream parlour, café, or food outlet will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of bakery and food preparation processes.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
