Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an candidate to manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups. The role also involves maintaining recruitment records and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and management.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Support day-to-day HR activities and general HR administration.

Key Requirements:

• Residing in Mumbai
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

Job Location & Working Days: Andheri West, Mumbai (10 minutes' walk from Andheri West Station)

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
