TestTopper is a fast-growing Bihar-focused EdTech company delivering printed books, test series, print-on-demand services, white-label mobile applications, institutional coaching software, and Board exams test series to coaching institutes, schools, and private tutors across Bihar.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Patna office. 

This is NOT a theoretical or passive social media posting job. Your primary mission is to create posts, content, engaging short-form video content, assets and manage targeted Meta Ad campaigns that generate high-quality inbound inquiries from coaching directors, teachers, and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meta Ads & Lead Generation:

  - Create, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Instant Lead Form campaigns targeting teachers, coaching institutes, and schools across Bihar.

  - Maintain a low Cost Per Lead (CPL) while improving lead quality for our sales and telecalling desk.

2. Short-Form Video Creation (Reels & Shorts):

  - Script, record, and edit quick 30–60 second vertical videos addressing coaching owners' pain points (e.g., student management, conducting online tests, getting printed books, branded coaching apps).

  - Produce real-world demo snippets and partner walkthroughs.

3. Sales Collateral & WhatsApp Creatives:

  - Design sharp WhatsApp flyers, product banners, pricing catalogs, and 1-page PDF pitch documents using Canva or Photoshop.

  - Deliver ready-to-share promotional assets for our telecallers and BDM team.

4. Local Search & Channel Management:

  - Manage daily updates on official social media channels, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile.

What We Are Looking For:

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, or Content Creation.

- Prior experience in EdTech, Coaching/Institutes, Marketing Agencies, IT/SaaS, or BFSI/Real Estate lead gen is strongly preferred.

- Practical working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (custom audiences, budget optimization, instant forms).

- Proficiency with Canva and mobile/desktop video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro).

- Fluent Hindi communication with an understanding of Bihar's education landscape.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (commensurate with skills & past portfolio).

- Lucrative performance bonuses for meeting lead targets and driving closed course/product sign-ups.
