Key responsibilities
*Client relationship management: Manage client relationships from the point of sale to post-possession. Handle all post-sales inquiries, complaints, and support needs through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
 *Document management: Prepare and issue necessary post-sale documents, such as buyer's agreements, possession letters, and demand letters. 
*Payment and finance coordination: Manage payment follow-ups and coordinate with the finance/accounts team to ensure timely payments and issue receipts.
*Customer satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support during the possession process and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 
*Data management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy for all post-sales activities. 
*Internal coordination: Work with other departments, such as Sales, Finance, and Compliance, to ensure a smooth handover and fulfilment of post-sale commitments. 
*Sales and retention: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers to foster a long-term relationship with the company. 
Required skills and qualifications
*Experience: Previous experience in real estate customer service, sales, or CRM, preferably in the residential or commercial property sector.
*Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
*Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel.
*Attitude: A customer service-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, handling inbound inquiries, providing basic project information, and generating leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide project details courteously and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and qualify them as leads for the sales team.
Schedule site visits or follow-up calls for interested prospects.
Maintain and update client database with accurate information and interaction history.
Coordinate with the sales and presales teams for timely follow-up and conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer experience.
Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tele caller, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
Good knowledge of real estate terminology and customer behavior is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Education: Minimum: High School / 10+2
Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
