•	Accountable for taking care of all after sale requirements such as Allotments, Execution of Agreements, Transfers, Demand letter generations, receipts, Collections, Cancellations, transfer, Home Loans documentation, Project Updates to customer, Site Visits.
•	Verify new bookings and the subsequent process from preparing allotment letter to possession and registration process
•	Establishing strong credibility between the organization and all leading financial institutions. Coordinating and facilitating with Banks/Financial Institutions for tie-ups and easy home loan disbursements
•	Manage Collection Handover of customer from sales team after payment collection.
•	Management of Receivables which includes status checks, MIS reports.
•	Ensure Follow ups with customer on payment schedule.
•	Achieving financial target of collections.
•	Reviewing daily & monthly collection inflow and taking necessary steps for achieving the targets.
•	Handle all escalation / settlement on collections, cancellation / Penaltys / Refunds / Bounced cheques.
•	Manage Performance Streamline internal operations by preparing and improvising daily reports for status.
•	Providing back up support to the business development / sales team with referral leads.
•	Providing data / feedback on market / client / channel partner sentiments to the Senior Management from time to time
•	Providing timely MIS related to project, client queries, transfers, client demographics etc.
•	Ensuring client queries are resolved within stipulated timelines and address escalations, if any Manage Voice of Customer to ensure Customer Service
•	Ensure ERP data is created as per Project details and update regularly coordinating with internal departments like Legal, Accounts, Projects to ensure smooth functioning of the team.

Required skills:
Proven experience in relevant role.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Should have knowledge on experience in using CRM software
Fast learner and passionate to work
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
