About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations and statutory compliance for our hospitality group. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, labor law adherence, and policy implementation across restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new hires.
Maintain manpower planning and reduce attrition through proactive engagement.

2️⃣ HR Operations & Employee Relations

3️⃣ Statutory Compliance & Documentation

Stay updated on changes in HR and labor law regulations.

4️⃣ Payroll & Benefits
Liaise with the finance team for accurate salary processing.
Monitor attendance reports, deductions, and statutory remittances.
Administer employee benefits and welfare programs.

5️⃣ HR Policies & Process Improvement
Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Drive HR digitalization and reporting efficiency.
Support management in decision-making through HR analytics and reports.


Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations & compliance (hospitality industry preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll systems
