Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters

Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures

Support performance appraisal and talent management initiatives

Coordinate employee training and development programs

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

Promote employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture

Prepare HR reports and support management with HR analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:

1–5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement

Experience in handling generalist HR responsibilities is an advantage
