• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
• Post job openings on portals and social media
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Manage joining and exit formalities
• Coordinate with team members for daily HR activities
• Handle office discipline and employee engagement
• Maintain HR reports and documentation
• Support management in day-to-day office operations
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Experience in HR or recruitment preferred
• Professional behavior and positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• SalarySalary: As per experience + Incentives
