Position OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive with 1+ years of recruitment experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, employee coordination, onboarding, and maintaining a strong workforce for the organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Team Leaders, Closing Managers, and other real estate positions
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct screening calls and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
• Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding
• Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support employee engagement and HR operations activities
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• RequirementsMinimum 1+ years of HR/recruitment experience in Real Estate
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes
• Experience using job portals and social hiring platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
