Summary:
As a Service Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the successful delivery of various programs, projects, or managed services. This role requires coordinating multiple projects by managing contracts and facilitating shared service collaboration. The position also focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to secure their engagement and support, thereby advancing strategic objectives. The role demands continuous communication and alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution and achievement of organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align project goals with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among diverse teams to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and improve team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and automation using Ansible within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automation workflows to optimize service delivery.
- Experience in managing configuration, deployment, and orchestration of cloud resources.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
