Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and managing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities to ensure smooth execution within a globally distributed delivery framework. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global project delivery and to support successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report on project status and risks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and best practices.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and security standards.
- Experience in configuring and managing managed file transfer solutions in complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfer processes efficiently.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to optimize file transfer workflows.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and data protection regulations related to file transfers.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
