Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. Continuous monitoring and adaptation to changing needs are integral to the daily workflow, fostering seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that integrate with other enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative and programmatic development.
- Ability to utilize APIs and low-code tools to customize and extend packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
