Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software solutions meet business goals in terms of scalability, performance, and quality. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and debugging techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
