The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technological components to create a cohesive and efficient system that supports organizational goals and adapts to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve architectural frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools within Microsoft 365.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure technology architectures.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices related to Microsoft 365 environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
