Senior Associate – QTPS Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient candidate with fluency in English to join our dynamic team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and commercial operations, ensuring accurate and timely quotations for Chemicals, consumables, and Equipment’s, Instruments and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid background in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, and the ability to support clients across global markets.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and manage technical quotations.

• Collaborate with sales, product management, and internal teams to configure solutions based on customer requirements

• Interpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate commercial proposals

• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify needs and provide support

• Maintain quotation records and ensure compliance with pricing policies and commercial terms

• Assist in tender documentation and proposal submissions.

• Provide pre-sales technical support and respond to client inquiries

• Stay updated on product developments, pricing changes, and market trends

• Responsible for reaching specific targets set for the role and/or for lead generation projects.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biotechnology, Analytical chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in technical quotation roles or related field.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., C4C, SAP)

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency in French is considered an asset, though not mandatory.

• Experience in international quotation or tender processes

• Knowledge of international quotation standards and regulatory compliance

• Ability to manage multiple quotation requests under tight deadlines

• Experience working in a multilingual or multicultural environment

• Technical writing skills for proposal and documentation support
