As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. This role requires dynamic problem-solving to identify root causes and ensure smooth operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and stability, enabling timely resolution of incidents to maintain business continuity and support operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and reduce incident recurrence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Datadog.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Application Performance Management Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting frameworks to ensure system health and performance.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and metrics to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its impact on application performance and availability.
- Experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to implement robust support solutions.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
