Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Experience with integration of various services and APIs within .NET environments.
- Familiarity with database design and management in relation to .NET applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
