Job Summary:
Experienced SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow (IDN).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IIQ/IDN solutions including role management, access certification, provisioning, and lifecycle management
Configure and manage access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), access requests, and entitlement management
Develop and manage connectors for enterprise applications including AD, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and LDAP-based systems
Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, LDAP, REST APIs, and JSON
Ability to troubleshoot provisioning failures, workflow issues, role mining, and access review discrepancies
Required Skills:
4-5+ years of hands-on experience for SSE/TL level, in IAM/IGA with at least 3+ years specifically on SailPoint IIQ or IdentityNow
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, or Python for custom rule/workflow development within SailPoint
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
SailPoint Certified Engineer (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) experience with Ping Identity,
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for IGA automation and deployment
