Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in SaaS solutions.
- Ability to manage application releases and perform impact analysis to ensure system stability.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and performance optimization in packaged applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
