Project Role Description : Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, a typical day involves engaging with a predefined list of client and potential client decision makers using a consistent messaging approach to identify and qualify new business opportunities. The role includes initiating contact with prospects, nurturing leads through various stages of the sales process, and working diligently to close deals. Additionally, the position requires supporting customers during onboarding, helping them adopt products effectively, and encouraging expanded use to maximize value. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities are key aspects of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in B2B/B2C Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience in using customer relationship management tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Capability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and closing sales deals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
