Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall success of the project deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools to support quality engineering initiatives.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to maintain high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to integrate automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing efficiency and accuracy.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Test Management.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
