Drive preference for the Marketing brand , ensure and execute plans for problem solving of consumer & dealer and also to provide timely solution.

Cement is a core industry. The industry has surplus supply position and entry of MNC's is a major threat. The ownership of the industry is highly fragmented. The product is highly sensitive to power, fuel and freight cost which are known as major value drivers for this business.
Grasim Industries Limited is a leading name in the Indian Cement Industry with an installed capacity of about 10.6 million tonnes per annum. The company has production facilities at 6 locations spread across the country. Cement Marketing Division was established in January 1999 now headquartered at Mumbai with four zonal offices.
Respective Zone plays a very significant role as its contribution to the total sales volume is over 27%. This office regularly interacts with customers, dealers and end users directly as well as through 3 regional offices reporting to it.
The significance of the job is to provide support to sales & Customer care to boost the sales of respective Region and to develop loyalty of brands marketed through respective Region and lunch of various other brands of Aditya Birla group is the major challenge for the job.
