Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored effectively, supporting seamless business operations and enhancing overall system performance. The workday is dynamic, involving continuous evaluation and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications smoothly into existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations using Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and business process mapping.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- Preferred to have workday related Certification for the Primary skill and 15 years full time education.
