Team Leader-Acquisition-Sales-Sales
- Lead and manage a sales acquisition team to achieve sales targets. - Responsible for driving new customer acquisition and managing sales operations. - Coordinate with team members to ensure effective sales strategies and execution. - Oversee daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve performance. - Monitor sales metrics and report progress to senior management. - Facilitate communication between sales team and other departments. - Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards. - Support training and development initiatives for team members. - Handle escalations and resolve issues related to sales acquisition. - Drive motivation and maintain a productive team environment.Job role
