Job Title / Position: Oracle Product Information Management Specialist
Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Pune

Role Summary
The Oracle PIM is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Product Information Management (PIM) solutions to support product master data governance, item lifecycle management, product onboarding, classification, catalog management, and downstream syndication across enterprise applications. The role works closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, eCommerce, MDM, ERP, and Digital Commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product Data Management
•    Lead Oracle PIM solution design and implementation.
•    Define and manage product master data governance framework.
•    Configure item catalogs, item classes, and product hierarchies.
•    Design product onboarding and enrichment processes.
•    Manage product lifecycle from creation through retirement.
Solution Architecture
•    Design end-to-end product master architecture integrating: 
o    Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
o    Oracle EBS
o    Oracle Product Hub (PIM)
o    ERP, CRM, PLM, eCommerce and Supplier Systems
•    Develop data migration and conversion strategies.
•    Define integration patterns and data synchronization processes.
Data Governance & Quality
•    Establish data standards and governance policies.
•    Implement product validation rules and approval workflows.
•    Drive data quality improvement initiatives.
•    Define stewardship and ownership models for product data.
Integration & Syndication
•    Design integrations between Oracle PIM and: 
o    Oracle ERP Cloud
o    SAP
o    Salesforce
o    Ariba
o    Syndigo
o    GS1 Networks
o    eCommerce platforms
•    Support API, SOA, OIC, B2B, and file-based integrations.
•    Enable product syndication to customers, suppliers, and marketplaces.
Business Process Consulting
•    Gather requirements from business stakeholders.
•    Conduct process workshops and fit-gap analysis.
•    Recommend best practices for product master management.
•    Support global product harmonization initiatives.
Project & Stakeholder Management
•    Lead design sessions and architecture reviews.
•    Coordinate with offshore/onshore delivery teams.
•    Support user acceptance testing and production deployments.
•    Prepare solution documentation and training materials.
