As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the implemented solutions effectively meet the evolving needs of the client organization, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration strategies with business goals.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and integration testing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
