Required Skills

 

 

Legal & Contract Management Expertise

• Strong knowledge of legal and contract management technologies.
• Understanding of the full contract lifecycle (request, authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, and post-execution management).
• Ability to operate effectively at a Staff or Senior level.

 

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation

• 1–2 years of experience in implementing CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, DocuSign, Malbek, Sirion, or similar).
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with any CLM system configuration and administration.

 

Mandatory CLM Configuration Skills

• Configuring workflows and approval processes.
• Setting up templates, clause libraries, and contract playbooks.
• Creating and customizing dashboards and reports.

 

 

Nice-to-Have (Optional) Skills

 

• Experience integrating CLM platforms with other enterprise systems.
• Experience in data migration to/from CLM systems.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled CLM capabilities (e.g., contract analytics, insights, or similar features across CLM platforms).

 

 

Other Key Skills

 

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to design creative and effective solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
• Strong research skills, including using CLM vendor documentation and support tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.

• Experience creating deliverables such as technical specifications and solution designs.

Qualification & Experience Required

 

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 4–5+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications, including CLM platforms.
• At least one CLM-related certification/accreditation (Agiloft, DocuSign, Sirion, Malbek, or equivalent preferred).
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.

 

 

Required (Must-Have) Technical Skills

 

• Strong understanding of REST APIs (HTTP methods, JSON).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (basic to intermediate, including API integrations).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with C#.
• Understanding of OAuth and authentication concepts.
• Familiarity with CLM concepts (e.g., contracts, templates, workflows, approvals, repository, reporting, and deployments).

 

 

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills

 

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working with CLM APIs (platform-agnostic).
• Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools.
• Understanding of Webhooks and event-based integrations.
