Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving software performance and functionality while adapting to dynamic project needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs used in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for customization and automation.
- Understanding of data segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics within the platform.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- 15 years full time education is required.
