The GM – Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for operationalizing, executing and implementing the organization’s DEI vision through well-defined programs, interventions and governance processes.

The role focuses on implementation excellence, measurement, and creating on-ground impact, working closely with the other COEs, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders.

The role entails Conceptualizing, Developing, Implementing and Governing programs that promote diversity within the company. The role also entails developing and rolling out initiatives/learning interventions to create and foster an open and inclusive environment.

• Driving the D&I agenda across the organization in partnership with HRBPs & COEs, owning DEI programme/campaign/communication planning, timeline, coordination and delivery
• Analytics to track and report DEI metrics, dashboards and scorecards, identify gaps, share insights and recommend targeted interventions based on data and feedback
• Benchmarking, research and analyse on various diversity and inclusion topics, to introduce best DEI practices in the organization
• Conducting dipstick surveys to measure the impact of the initiatives rolled out and identify course corrections
• Draw synergies with Talent and L&D COE to build women talent pipeline through focused development interventions for women talent
• Budgeting and monitoring the costs around D&I initiatives

• Partnering with HRBPs and COEs to create a collaborative and supportive work environment for recruitment, engagement and retention of women colleagues
• Designing and driving initiatives (communication campaigns, line manager capability etc.) that help build the required culture/ecosystem within the organization for diversity & inclusion to thrive
• Planning social media campaigns for D&I
