Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP Basis 

Responsibilities: 

• Identifies and resolves business issues. 

• Analyzes system logs and performance metrics, recommends and implements improvements, modifies SAP system parameters to improve performance, and troubleshoots issues. 

• Configures SAP Transport Management System (TMS). 

• Manages transports and performs daily monitoring/health checks. 

• Runs and manages background jobs. 

• Installs and configures printers, other devices, and email configurations. 

• Sets up operation modes. 

• HANA experience is mandatory. 

• Candidate should be open to travel. 

• Should have performed kernel upgrades, patches & add-on upgrades, and system refresh/system copy. 

• Should have experience in SAP system installations and upgrades. 

• Hands-on experience in AMS/Support projects with exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Experience in SLA-driven support environments and handling critical/priority issues. 

• Should be comfortable working in shifts/on-call support model. 

• Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and preparing incident reports. 

• Exposure to system monitoring tools (e.g., Solution Manager, EWA reports). 

Preferred skill sets:

• Hands-on experience in AMS/Support projects with exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) 

Years of experience required: 

Experience Required : 2-4 Yrs 

Education qualification: 

• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant expertise in BASIS. 

• Education:Any Graduate, No specific educational qualifications mentioned, but a strong technical background is expected. 

• Certifications: No certifications specified; however, relevant BASIS-related certifications will be advantageous.
