Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Position Title: Manager – Parts Operations, IO

Department: Auto IO

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Reporting To: DGM – Spare Parts Operations, Customer Care, IO

 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Parts business along with Country Managers and ensure Spares business performance, payment follow up, Retail sales, market potential study, Sales loss analysis, benchmark Global best practise, network reach of Global distributors etc
• Monthly Order execution and full understanding of Spare parts process and documentation compliance in line with laid down Policy
• To support M&M Field, HO Service team and Distributors for urgent supplies & concern resolution by following up with warehouse / plants, to ensure parts are dispatched in a timely manner
• To ensure capability building of Distributor Spare parts team by imparting training on - understanding of system & process, managing inventory, usage of Mahindra DMS system, Parts catalogue reading, Query portal usage etc
• Analysis on loss of FFR  and taking up with appropriate team to correct systemic gap for sustainable improvement, Daily Tracking for VOR / RUSH FFR
• Coordination with SBU (Strategic Business Unit) for BO parts ETA & ensure receipt as per ETA dates
• Coordination with SBU CC team for MSS Allocation & STO Tracking. Track High valued BO parts follow up with sourcing to ensure availability in same month to maximize execution value
• Follow up for country specific documentation, Import license, BIVAC/ SGS inspection
• Arranging parts from local market in case of urgency
• Generate accessories order from Distributors as per Business plan
• Develop weekly and Monthly MIS on order execution status post-closing of sales with Accounts and logistics team
• IT Projects coordination sharing BRD, logic, testing and final roll out on production - as and when required
• Resolution of Obsolete/Non serviceable parts issues with SBU as and when arises

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience of atleast 4-7 years relevant experience   
• Bachelors Degree required
• Fluency in Hindi & Marathi
• Fluency in English to communicate with Global Markets
