Project Role : Packaged/SaaS App Engineering LeadProject Role Description : Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align solutions with organizational goals and adapt to evolving project needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong skills in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in integrating data from multiple sources to build comprehensive business intelligence solutions.
- Ability to optimize data queries and improve report performance for large datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agile software development practices and version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
