Relationship Manager - MF
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term trust as the main point of contact for inquiries, account reviews, and personalized financial planning.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Meet targets by identifying opportunities to upsell loans, credit cards, insurance, and mutual funds.
- Problem Solving: Resolve service issues, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal credit or operations teams.
- Risk & Compliance: Conduct KYC checks, assess onboarding risks, and adhere to internal banking regulations
