About the Role:

In this opportunity as Sales Operations Specialist, you will:

• Serves as a primary resource for sales consultants, account managers and sales management to understand content/product offerings, business policies, commissions, promotions, incentives and procedures for all pre-sale issues.

• Develops data /content and recommendations for all exceptions to presentation to the exception committee

• Conducts monthly and ad-hoc operation reporting and analysis.

• Consults with Sales managers to resolve problems and interprets information/policies and procedures.

• When necessary and appropriate, communicates pricing and product information to customers directly.

• Monitors data and provides analysis to illustrate sales trends, identify weaknesses in current sales execution and support future sales strategy.

• Manages the coordination and investigation of order processing activities, fulfillment, compensation and other requests during and at end of month.

• May provide logistical support for national and regional sales meetings and other events as needed

• Consults with management on the effect of policies and procedures on business goals and assists in developing and implementing policy and procedure.

• Identifies opportunities to apply Agentic AI and automation to Sales Ops workflows—such as case triage, exception handling, and reporting—and partners with technical teams to design and pilot these solutions.

• Builds and maintains AI-assisted tools (e.g., self-service data lookups, automated report generation) that reduce manual turnaround time for sales support requests.

• Evaluates emerging AI capabilities against team processes and recommends where agentic workflows can replace or augment manual steps, tracking adoption as a performance metric.

• Work Mode: 3 days from office.

• Shift Timing: 12pm IST to 9pm IST/2pm IST to 11pm IST

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Sales Operations Specialist, if your background includes:

• Experience Required: 4+ Years of relevant experience into end to end Sales Operations with a background in Order to Cash process or Lead to Cash process

• Strong proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).

• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and SAP.

• Ability to analyze sales data and deliver meaningful insights, reports, and dashboards for the team and leadership.

• Preference for candidates who are AI enthusiasts, with a keen interest in suggesting automation ideas and driving process improvements using AI.

• Experience in Accounts Assignments will be highly advantageous.

• Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI or LLM-based tooling (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for building automation—prior experience designing prompts, workflows, or lightweight tools that automate reporting, data lookups, or case handling is a strong plus.

• Ability to translate a manual, repetitive Sales Ops process into an automation or agentic-AI solution requirement, working with technical/IT partners to scope and implement it.
