Dy. Manager - Maintenance Thar Body
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential failures.
- Ensure timely completion of predictive maintenance activities.
- Breakdown Maintenance: Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment within targeted downtime.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize production losses
- Improve machine reliability and availability through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and safety regulations
- Monitor critical spare inventory levels.
- Follow LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures during maintenance activities.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Optimize spare consumption and maintenance costs.
