Summary of the role:

The Manager, Merch Operations is a key leadership role within Levi Strauss & Co.'s Global Talent Hub (GTH), responsible for leading operational excellence across global merchandising processes while partnering closely with Global and Cluster Merch teams. The role enables seamless execution of merchandising priorities, drives process standardization, improves operational efficiency and supports the evolution of merchandising capabilities across the enterprise.

About the role:

Global Merchandising Partnership

• Partner with Global and Cluster Merch teams to deliver operational excellence and support key business priorities.

• Build trusted partnerships with merchandising leaders across global and regional organizations, becoming a strategic extension of their teams.

• Support seasonal merchandising milestones, product launches and critical business calendars across multiple product categories and markets.

• Facilitate alignment across Global and Cluster Merch teams to ensure consistent execution, standardization and adoption of best practices.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working, enhance collaboration and drive operational efficiencies across the merchandising organization.

Additional Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end merchandising operational processes and governance.

• Drive process improvement, automation, AI adoption and operational excellence initiatives.

• Partner with Planning, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Technology, Finance and other cross-functional teams.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Leverage analytics, dashboards and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and business value.

About You:

• 8–12 years of experience in Merchandising Operations, Retail Operations or Global Business Services.

• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

• Experience working with geographically distributed global teams.

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in apparel, fashion or consumer products preferred.
