Customer Service Officer - MF
- Transaction Management: Process mutual fund purchases, redemptions, switches, Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), and Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWPs).
- Investor Support: Resolve walk-in, phone, or email queries regarding account statements, NAV, and fund details.
- RTA Coordination: Work closely with Registrars and Transfer Agents like CAMS or KFintech to fix transaction or folio discrepancies.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure client onboarding and document handling match regulatory requirements (such as SEBI and AMFI guidelines).
- Record Keeping: Log all customer interactions and requests accurately in internal CRM systems.
