Could you be the full-time Operation Manager, Record to Report in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your tax compliance and reporting expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of tax filings, while supporting audits and driving process improvements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (India tax team, finance, controllership, treasury, and legal functions), engage with external consultants and auditors, and contribute to the development of tax dashboards and management reports, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and reviewing corporate tax filings and responding to tax authority queries, but also support automation initiatives and maintain tax process documentation.
We’ll look to you for:
Preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns, estimated tax computations, and ensuring accuracy in tax filings
Supporting quarterly and annual tax provision calculations
Managing advance tax, TDS queries, and TDS CPC demand monitoring
Ensuring timely income tax compliances such as advance tax, return filing, tax/transfer pricing audits, and CBCR compliances
Responding to tax authority queries, notices, litigations, appeals, writs, MAP, and APA
Supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives within tax operations

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance (preferred)
5-8 years of experience in corporate tax, direct tax, tax accounting, or tax compliance
Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience or understanding of tax audits, assessments, and compliance
Familiarity with automation and process improvement initiatives
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, collaborate, and resolve conflicts
Ability to work in a matrix and multicultural environment
A curious, problem-solving mindset and a "can-do" attitude
