As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes and delivery timelines.
