Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within software solutions.
- Experience in designing and configuring enterprise-level financial applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to financial software systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between financial modules and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
