A Day in the Life

a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support data-driven decision-making, streamline business processes, and enhance sales performance. The role will focus on leveraging analytics, improving operational efficiency, and enabling effective coordination across teams to drive business growth.

A highly analytical and execution-focused professional to support business growth through data-driven insights, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. This role will play a critical part in improving sales effectiveness, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring strong governance across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs for business tracking
• Provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams to drive strategic decisions

2. Sales Performance Analysis

• Track sales performance across regions, products, and channels
• Identify growth opportunities, underperforming segments, and market trends
• Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and target vs achievement reviews

3. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Map existing workflows and identify inefficiencies or process gaps
• Drive structured process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
• Implement best practices for standardization, documentation, and scalability

4. Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and channel teams
• Ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and alignment across stakeholders
• Act as a central point of coordination for key projects and performance reviews

5. Reporting, Governance & Compliance

• Establish robust reporting frameworks and maintain data accuracy
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements
• Drive discipline in reporting cadence and business review mechanisms

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Good understanding of sales metrics, channel business, and revenue tracking
• Structured problem-solving and process improvement mindset
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bsc. CSE, B.Com
