Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous delivery.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
