- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain subject matter expertise.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module and its integration within broader human capital management systems.
- Experience in analyzing client requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions.
- Ability to design and implement process improvements that enhance onboarding experiences.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable outcomes.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
