Channel Sales Manager - Financial Institutions
Business Development
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and direct sales activities.
- Generate business across General Insurance and Health Insurance products.
- Identify customer insurance needs and propose appropriate risk solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual premium targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Insurance Advisory
- Analyze client risk exposure and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
- Compare products from multiple insurers and provide the best solutions.
- Assist clients in policy selection, renewal, and endorsement activities.
Policy Placement & Servicing
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, underwriting approvals, and policy issuance.
- Ensure timely policy documentation and renewal follow-ups.
- Support clients during claim intimation and settlement processes.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Prepare MIS and business reports as required.
