We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist with strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies and Cisco UCS Unified Computing System The role involves managing daytoday operations supporting ongoing projects and driving infrastructure improvements to ensure high availability scalability and performance of enterprise systems VMware Operations Cisco UCS Management 5 to 6 years of experience Administer monitor and troubleshooting VMware vSphereESXi environments Manage VM provisioning resource allocation and performance optimization Implement and maintain vCenter vSAN and NSX configurations Perform patching upgrades and capacity planning for VMware infrastructure Configure and maintain Cisco UCS servers chassis and fabric interconnects Manage service profiles firmware updates and UCS Manager policies Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues across UCS environments Collaborate with network and storage teams to ensure seamless integration Project Skills Operational Support Lead or support infrastructure migration consolidation and expansion projects Design and implement virtualization solutions aligned with business needs Document architecture configurations and operational procedures Provide technical input for project planning risk assessment and timelines Ensure system uptime reliability and performance through proactive monitoring Implement backup disaster recovery and business continuity strategies Maintain compliance with security and audit requirements Required Skills 5 years of experience in VMware administration and Cisco UCS operations Strong handson experience with VMware vSphere vCenter ESXi vSAN NSX Indepth knowledge of Cisco UCS architecture UCS Manager and fabric interconnects Experience with server hardware SANNAS storage and networking fundamentals Familiarity with automation tools PowerCLI Ansible or similar is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously Qualifications Certifications Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field VMware Certified Professional VCP Good to have Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Data Center or equivalent
