Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business units. This role requires orchestrating the integration of various components and capabilities to create cohesive and effective solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the client and the organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions deliver maximum value and meet evolving business needs, while maintaining a focus on innovation and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the architectural vision and ensure the technical feasibility of solutions across different domains.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices for enterprise-level implementations.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable integrated systems across multiple service towers.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
