Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating and delivering technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves organizing resources effectively to support engineering and construction initiatives, fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to optimize engineering workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and design principles related to wide area networks.
- Experience in managing and deploying software-defined networking solutions in complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity and performance.
- Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools to streamline implementation processes.
- Excellent understanding of security protocols and best practices within network engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
