Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities

• Regulatory Compliance, submissions and Assessments
• Handling Direct tax notices with compliance & robust approach seamlessly across circle, SSC & Corporate
• Handling Indirect tax notices with compliance with robust approach seamlessly across circle, SSC & Corporate
• Coordination with counsel & guiding team on technical fronts
• Representing company in Physical/ Virtual Hearing for litigations with department
• Leading discussion with Counsel as well as Department
• Compliance control submissions,  Statutory & Regulatory closing & related compliances, Fixed asset & Infra operations
• ERP understanding for SAP & Oracle to guide team
• Build efficient and motivated team by driving SSC & corporate deliverables with controls

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Technical knowledge for Tax & Regulatory compliances
• Good communication skills
• Analytical Thinking
• Building Team Commitment

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Essential: Experience in Tax / Regulatory field
• Qualified CA/CS/ICWA
• Work ex:  10+ yrs
